Father of The Year? Man Tattoos Son's Cancer Scar On His Head So That He Doesn't Feel Like A Monster

Kansas resident Josh Marshall, got this heart-melting tattoo of his son's cancer scar on his head after his little boy called himself a 'monster' when he looked in the mirror and saw the huge scar after his surgery.

The young boy had undergone surgery to remove a malignant brain tumour and was left with a sizeable scar on his head that seriously lowered his self-esteem. To boost his son’s confidence and support him - Josh decided to go above and beyond and get Gabriel’s scar tattooed on his own head – having already shaved off his hair for him.

Speaking on the remarkable gesture, proud papa Josh said: "I told him if people wanted to stare, they could stare at both of us."
